bw55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bw55 is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or other technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control that affect your access to the Platform.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

bw55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or where required by law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, bw55 may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, may forfeit such funds.

11.2 Termination by Player

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard identity verification procedures.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

13 Amendments to These Terms
